On November 8th, Sand Hill Ranch in Brentwood, CA held the "Race for Tara 2." This time with Tara Llanes herself being there. Point One Racing was out supporting the cause to raise relief money and watch some great racing action! Lots of fast pros were there including Team Giant (who also donated very generously to the raffle) and their Olympic pride and joy: Adam Craig. Good times were had by all and Tara gave a very heartfelt speech thanking all the sponsors for participating. When the dust settled, local boy Drew Powers took the win over Jared Rando, Mikey Haderer and John Hauer. In the women's field it was a dominate Lainey Aldridge who took the win, way to go! Stay tuned next year for the "Race for Tara Tres" now with Dual Slalom!
